Dr. Christine Boers-Doets has written books and articles on how to choose to take control of side effects from targeted therapy inclusive immuno-oncology & endocrine therapy.

The TARGET System Book

Becoming an Adverse Event Master in today's challenging health care is not easy but dr. Christine Boers-Doets never gave up on herself to achieve the goals that she had set for her life. The TARGET System book is one of those goals.

Taking the knowledge she has learnt over the years and putting pen to paper she has written her first book that gives you the insight into her journey to becoming an Adverse Event Master and what she had learnt along the way from all the very successful adverse event masters, coaches, and mentors that she has been exposed to.

As a result, MORE patients will maintain LONGER on their prescribed cancer medication.

The step-by-step approach is in this book applied on targeted therapy-associated mucocutaneous adverse events, but once you have mastered the 6 steps, you can apply it on any adverse event of any drug. Start your mastering process right away!

Towards a patient-driven approach to adverse events of targeted agents in oncology

The central question of dr. Boers-Doets's Dissertation is whether available methods and instruments can serve as a basis for the realization of an integrated patient-driven approach to targeted therapy-associated adverse events for the best outcome possible.
